Your mind and body speak the same language…energy. Your body is always listening and stores your experiences, thoughts, and feelings. Yoga therapy works with the whole person, through the whole person, to bring about the changes and transformations that create wholeness, balance and a sense of well-being.
We can only guide someone towards their goal. We hold the light for them to see the path. They are responsible for the work. No one can do this for them. They must take the reigns of their own life, health and well-being. Do not give away this duty; this precious opportunity to know yourself better.
There are many reasons someone would see a yoga therapist. They include: anxiety, insomnia, digestive disorders, pain, physical ailments/conditions, just to name a few.
Yoga therapists see people individually to help them with a variety of issues and conditions whether they are physical, mental, emotional or deeper. A whole person approach is implemented in each session.
Using the tools from yoga and Ayurvedic science, a therapist can create and apply a therapeutic plan for their client. This approach can be modified to help achieve the client’s goal. Each person is different and will have different needs. There is no one size fits all here!

I discovered yoga when I needed it most—and it changed everything. Today, I blend deep training in yoga therapy, prenatal/postnatal care, and mindfulness to help you feel grounded, strong, and at ease in daily life.
What began as my own search for healing grew into a lifelong practice—and a calling to serve others. With advanced certifications (ERYT-500, RPYT, Yoga Therapy, Reiki Master), I offer calm, practical guidance that meets you where you are, from fertility and prenatal support to stress relief, sleep, and gentle pain care.
Rooted in faith, nature, and years of study, my work brings compassion and clarity to every stage of a woman’s journey—from conception and pregnancy to postpartum recovery and beyond—alongside support for stress, sleep, mobility, and pain.
